Live service expectations
A live venue must maintain and enforce a jurisdiction policy covering sanctioned countries and regions, jurisdictions where the operator is not licensed, and jurisdictions where specific products are prohibited.
Enforcement belongs on the server: registration blocking, geo and IP controls, identity-based residency checks, and product-level gating.
